These terms govern your use of MATCH PULSE, operated by [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS], [REGISTRATION]. By using the service you accept them.
1. What the service is
MATCH PULSE provides football statistics and probability analysis produced by AI engines, alongside market odds shown as a reference benchmark.
The service is analytics only. It does not accept, place, broker or facilitate any wager, and it carries no links to anyone who does. Odds are displayed as published market data with the time they were recorded.
2. Nothing here is advice
Every figure on this site is an estimate. The engines are frequently wrong and the track record publishes how often. Nothing on this site is financial, investment or betting advice, and no outcome is predicted or guaranteed.
You are responsible for any decision you take. If gambling is a problem for you, seek help from a service in your country.
3. Age
You must be 18 or over to hold an account.
4. Your account
You sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook; we never hold a password for you. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, trial length and the terms of any introductory offer are shown at checkout and are what you are charged.
A subscription renews until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from your profile; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. A single-match unlock gives access to one match until 24 hours after it finishes.
Refunds are at our discretion except where the law in your country gives you a right to one.
6. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, resell the data, attempt to access another account, probe or attack the infrastructure, or present our output as your own in a way that suggests a guarantee.
Found a security problem? See SECURITY.md. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and does not access other people's data.
7. Availability
We aim for the service to be available and correct, and we make no promise that it will be either. Third-party data providers and AI providers fail, and when they do the affected part of the site says so rather than showing a stale number as though it were current.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced in the product before they take effect.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction.
