How do the three engines work?

Each match is turned into one data packet — fixtures, form, statistics, lineups, injuries, the referee, the weather and the current market prices. The same packet goes to ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, and each returns a probability for each market with its reasoning. No engine sees what the others said.

Why do they disagree?

Because the question is often genuinely open. Three models trained differently will weigh an injury or a run of form differently, and when they split that is worth knowing. A product that averaged the disagreement away would be hiding its most useful output.

Can a prediction be changed after the match?

No, and you do not have to take our word for it. Every prediction is written to an append-only ledger before kick-off, each row hashed into a chain, and each day sealed into a Merkle root. The ledger publishes all of it, and the verification runs in your browser against our published numbers — if we had edited anything, the check would fail on your machine.

What does the track record actually measure?

Every prediction we have ever made, not a selection. The record shows hit rate, Brier score, log loss and a calibration curve per engine, with confidence intervals, and compares each engine against the closing market price — the hardest benchmark there is.

What is a calibration curve?

It answers "when this engine says 70%, how often is it right?" A perfectly calibrated engine is right 70% of the time when it says 70%. It is a better question than hit rate, because an engine can be right often and still be systematically overconfident.

Why do you show odds?

As a benchmark. The market's price is a probability estimate made by people with money at stake, which makes it the standard our engines are measured against. That is the only reason it is here.

Do you take bets?

No. MATCH PULSE never accepts, places or brokers a wager, and there is no link anywhere on this site to anyone who does.

What is the free match?

One real fixture a day, with the full analysis, open to everyone. It is the whole product on one match rather than a trimmed version of it.

How do I stop the alerts?

From your profile. Every alert switch can be turned off whether or not your plan includes it, and turning off notifications for one browser leaves your other devices alone.
